Billing Terms
Payment, currencies, taxes, invoicing and chargebacks

1. Scope
These Billing Terms govern billing, payment, invoicing and related matters for the Architention subscription provided by Individual Entrepreneur Davit Poghosyan ("we", "us", the "Operator"). These Terms are incorporated into the Terms of Use and apply together with the Subscription Policy.
2. Payment Methods and Currencies
2.1. We accept major credit and debit cards and such other payment methods as we may make available through third-party processors.
2.2. Fees are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. If you are billed in a different currency, your bank's or payment provider's conversion rate and fees may apply. Architention is not responsible for such conversion costs.
3. Billing Cycle and Auto-Renewal
3.1. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (monthly, annually, etc.). Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period and you will be charged the applicable fee for the next period.
3.2. To avoid being charged for renewal, you must cancel your subscription by the deadline set out in the Cancellation Policy.
4. Taxes and Duties
4.1. All fees are exclusive of taxes, duties or other governmental charges (collectively, "Taxes"), other than taxes based on our net income. You are responsible for paying any applicable Taxes. Where we have a legal obligation to collect Taxes, the appropriate amount will be added to your invoice.
4.2. If you believe Taxes have been charged incorrectly, contact support at support@architention.com with supporting documentation.
5. Billing Information and Invoices
5.1. You must provide complete, accurate billing information and keep it up to date. Outdated details may result in failed payments and suspension of access.
5.2. After each successful payment we will send a receipt or invoice to the email associated with your account. If you need an extended invoice or an invoice with different details, contact support@architention.com.
6. Failed Payments and Suspension
6.1. If we are unable to process a payment, we may retry, notify you to update your payment details, and/or suspend access to the Service until the outstanding amount is paid.
6.2. You remain responsible for all amounts due and for any reasonable collection costs incurred as a result of non-payment.
7. Price Changes
We may modify prices and payment terms for new or existing subscriptions. We will give reasonable prior notice of material changes. Where required by law, we will obtain affirmative consent for changes to recurring charges.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
8.1. If you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first at support@architention.com — in most cases we can resolve the matter without bank involvement.
8.2. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the subscription and recovery of payment processor dispute costs from you.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Please review that Policy for eligibility and procedures.
