How and when to cancel your subscription

1. About This Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your subscription to the Architention service, when cancellation takes effect and what consequences it has. Refund eligibility after cancellation is described in the Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
2.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time via one of the following:
- use the "Settings / Subscription" section of your account (where such option is available); or
- send an email with the subject "Unsubscribe" to support@architention.com from the email address associated with your account.
2.2. Where required by applicable law, we provide a simple and timely online cancellation route (e.g. a "Cancel subscription" button in the account).
3. Timing and Effect of Cancellation
3.1. Your subscription will continue through the end of the then-current billing period. Cancellation is considered effective once you receive confirmation from our support team (email or in-account notice).
3.2. For subscriptions that renew automatically, to avoid being charged for the next period you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current paid period, unless a longer notice period is specified at purchase.
4. Access After Cancellation and Reactivation
4.1. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
4.2. Reinstating a cancelled subscription may require re-enrolment and payment of fees at the rates in effect at the time of reactivation.
5. No Dark Patterns
We will not employ design or interaction patterns that unduly hinder or deter cancellation. Information about cancellation methods is presented clearly at the time of purchase and in this Policy.
6. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a user's subscription in cases of breach of the Terms of Use, non-payment, security risk, prolonged inactivity or other lawful reasons. In such cases the rules of the Terms of Use apply.
