Subscription Policy
Trials, auto-renewal and cancellation

This Subscription Policy describes the terms of the paid Architention subscription: trials, auto-renewal, payment, cancellation and refunds in the scope related to subscriptions. Detailed refund rules are set out in the Refund Policy, cancellation procedure — in the Cancellation Policy, and billing matters — in the Billing Terms.
1. Trial period
We may offer a paid or free trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price shown on the checkout screen at the end of the trial.
The availability and conditions of any trial are explicitly shown on the payment screen before you confirm the purchase. Promotional prices renew at the full, non-discounted price at the end of the promotional period unless stated otherwise in the offer.
2. Subscription and auto-renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, annual or as otherwise selected) until you cancel.
3. Payment method
Payment is charged to the payment method you provide upon confirmation. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees at the beginning of each next billing period until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the end of the current one. Full details are in the Cancellation Policy. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
Purchases made through the website are generally final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy and by applicable law. Below are the key principles — see the Refund Policy for full terms.
5.1. Technical issues
A refund may be granted where verified technical problems on the Service's side make it impossible to use (e.g. Service unavailable for a prolonged period, a core feature non-functional). Minor issues, temporary updates, and issues caused by your device, OS or internet connection do not qualify.
5.2. Refund limitations
- requests must be submitted during an active subscription or trial;
- if the subscription has been active for more than two billing cycles, only the most recent payment may be eligible for a refund;
- refunds are limited to one per user;
- refunds are issued only to the original payment method;
- upon approval, access to the Service will be terminated.
5.3. Waiver of withdrawal rights
Access to the Service's digital content is granted immediately after purchase. By starting to use the Service, you expressly agree to immediate performance and waive the applicable statutory right of withdrawal, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.
5.4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted, including in cases of:
- failure to cancel on time;
- non-use or change of mind;
- unauthorised access due to the user's failure to protect account security;
- breach of the Terms of Use.
6. Regional notices
6.1. EU / EEA / Switzerland
You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, except where you have started using the Service (access to digital content constitutes the start of performance). If you did not log in and did not access the content, you may request a refund within this period.
6.2. Auto-renewal — key commitments
- renewal terms are clearly displayed before checkout;
- after payment we send a confirmation email with the key subscription terms;
- cancellation is available without dark patterns — via support at support@architention.com;
7. Price changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may change the subscription price. We will give reasonable prior notice of material price changes. If the new terms are not acceptable to you, you may cancel before they take effect.
