Refund Policy
When a refund is available and how to request one
Last updated: 2026-04-17
1. Scope and Purpose
This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Architention will consider issuing a refund and the process for submitting a refund request. The Policy applies subject to mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law. See also the Subscription Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
2. General Principles
2.1. Refund requests must be submitted during an active subscription or trial period, unless a statutory right applies (e.g. the EU/EEA right of withdrawal).
2.2. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or breach of the Terms of Use.
3. Trial Period and Initial Charges
If we offer a paid trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you are charged mistakenly during or immediately after a trial, submit a refund request to support@architention.com with payment details.
4. Technical Issues
A refund may be granted in case of verified material technical defects of the Service that render it unusable (e.g. the Service does not start, or core features do not work for a prolonged period). The following do not qualify:
- minor issues and effects of routine updates;
- issues caused by your device, operating system, browser or internet connection;
- unavailability of third-party services or APIs;
- feature changes caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram).
We may request additional information (screenshots, screen recordings, device details) to review the request.
5. Lack of Results
Architention provides content analytics and optimisation tools. Specific outcomes (reach, views, conversions, followers) depend on many factors outside our control: niche, content strategy, social network algorithms, user actions, etc. We do not guarantee any particular results.
Refunds on the grounds of "lack of results" are, by the nature of the Service, not available.
6. Regional Statutory Rights
6.1. EU / EEA / UK. You may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase (the cooling-off period). If you have accessed the Service's digital content and started using it, such right generally lapses in accordance with applicable law. In other cases we will honour the request in accordance with the law.
6.2. Armenia. Mandatory provisions of the applicable RA consumer protection law take precedence over this Policy where they bind the parties.
7. Limitations
7.1. If the subscription has been active for more than two billing cycles, only the most recent payment may be eligible for a refund.
7.2. A maximum of one refund per user is allowed, except where otherwise required by law.
7.3. Where a refund is granted, access to the Service will be terminated. The refund amount is limited to the amount actually paid for the corresponding period, less any withholdings required by law.
8. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted, including in cases of:
- unauthorised access due to the user's failure to maintain account security;
- personal circumstances unrelated to the Service (change of plans, company changes, etc.);
- breach of the Terms of Use;
- other cases expressly excluded by this Policy or by law.
9. How to Submit a Request
9.1. Write from the email address associated with your account to support@architention.com and include: (a) order number or payment date, (b) reason for the refund, (c) any supporting evidence.
9.2. Approved refunds are typically credited within 10–30 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
